GadgetCleverGo delivers premium AI gadget rentals, tailored smart device set-ups, expert support, onboarding logistics, and personalized advice. See “Products” for complete info.

3. User Obligations

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Adhere to the booking procedures
Ensure pickup or return of devices on the agreed date

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD), tax included. Payment is required either at booking or before delivery, based on your chosen plan. Full payment in advance is mandatory.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order at any time with a minimum of 10 days’ advance notice.

Partial refunds: No refunds for usage periods that have already started.
Full refund: Only available if the service has not yet begun.
Process: All cancellation requests must be sent to support@gadgetclevergo.com

6. Limitation of Liability

GadgetCleverGo is not responsible for any damages caused by third parties or improper usage of devices by customers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on GadgetCleverGo.com (branding, content, visuals) are owned exclusively by GadgetCleverGo. Any reproduction requires prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. For any dispute, the competent court is located in Montreal, Canada.
